Performance Period
The initial term of the contract shall be for One (1) Year commencing, upon execution by the County, on or about September 9, 2025. Furthermore, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15, there shall be an option for Four (4) additional One (1) year options, at the same terms and conditions.
